Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the spices or spice kits are in their original, unopened packaging and safely pack them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our kitchen team receives and inspects the items to verify they are sealed, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
